Woman Creature
She turned out to the sea.
Wild, tangled hair.
Whipping round her face,
Bones standing strong.
After years of uncertainty,
She revelled in the face of these winds.Â
Raising her hands, she
Moulded the gusts that swarmed her
Until they swirled downwards
Crashing into the waves
Causing reverberations that
Ricocheted around the earth’s sphere.Â
Her heart,
Her core,
Was never to be broken.
It was never to become lost,
And she would never hide again.
Her release shuddered and shook the ground.Â
Now they could see her for who she really was.
A woman of epic magnificence.
