Nashville is an amazing city full of music history and vibrancy. However, when it comes to shopping, this fine city can be a little bit daunting.
Never fear. Though I live in NYC now, I lived in Nashville for four years and in that time I found some amazing shops where you can find everything from vintage hats to that perfect pair of overalls. So, let’s get started!
Below I am going to share my secret, top three stylish and affordable Nashville shopping destinations.
1. Local Honey
Just like it’s name, Local Honey is a sweet spot for clothing and accessories where you won’t break the bank! Situated right across from Belmont University, this shop is just the ticket if you need an outfit for a concert or a date night.
I have found some of my favorite clothing essentials in this little shop. One time I picked up a black jumper and wore it to fashion week the next day! This shop is the perfect place to go if you love clothing from the 80’s and 90’s, especially grunge style. Be sure to stop by if you are in town.
2. The Hip Zipper
If you are a huge vintage fan, then this will be your place! Right in the heart of East Nashville, The Hip Zipper is chock-full of vintage finds from the 50’s and 60’s. I always feel like I’m walking on the set of Mad Men when I walk in. In here I always love to look at the vintage robes and pajamas they have in stock (all so pretty and ornate).
The Hip Zipper will be your destination if you love a good vintage dress and secretly have a desire to be a Bond girl.
My favorite thing about all these wonderful places is how affordable and well curated they are.
3. Pangaea
If you love to be inspired by decor and love jewelry, Pangaea in Hillsboro Village will be a favorite! Right when you walk in you’re practically bombarded with bright colors. Turn to your right and you’ll find the most amazing collection of jewelry in Nashville. They have everything from ear cuffs to statement necklaces.
Walk to your left and you will see a great collection of boho clothing. I found the most incredible summer hat while I was in. If you are a girl who thinks that accessories can make or break an outfit, Pangaea will be your place.
I hope you enjoyed exploring some of my favorite Nashville shops with me. My favorite thing about all these wonderful places is how affordable and well curated they are. Next time you make a trip down south, be sure to check out some of these gems!
Happy shopping! Where are some of your favorite Nashville shops?
