When it comes to entertaining, bringing flowers to the party is nothing groundbreaking. But turning those arrangements (literally) upside-down with a floral chandelier? Now that’s something we can get behind. This simple DIY requires no florist experience or expertise. Just grab your favorite blooms and a handful of greenery for the most gorgeous living accent piece your guests have ever seen.
DIY Floral Chandelier
You’ll Need:
wire wreath frame (20 inch shown)
green floral wire
stem water picks
green floral tape
scissors
bunches of greenery (two types of eucalyptus + wax flowers used)
assortment of flowers (zinnia + fringe gerbera daisy used)
wire/string for hanging
Directions:
Step 1: Sort greenery into smaller bunches and trim the ends.
Step 2: Secure to wreath frame with floral wire. Keep in mind you’ll want some hanging over the edges, so don’t be too precise with placement.
Step 3: Continue until entire wreath is covered in greens.
Step 4: Trim flowers and insert into stem water picks.
Step 5: Place individual flowers among the greenery. To ensure they stay put, secure water picks to wreath frame with floral tape.
Step 6: Once all flowers are places, hang from wire/string in chosen location.
